Order Processing Time

Please allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery within the UK.

We use DPD courier service. Tracking details will be sent out to you.  

If there will be a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

UK Free Returns

We hope you love your bat like we do, however if you don't you are welcome to return it. 

We offer a 14 day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made the error.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email us at info@gowellcricket.com to get a returns reference before returning your order.

Warranty

Our products are made with quality materials and manufactured to our high standards. However, there is always occasions where you may experience an issue with one of our products.

On these rare occasions, we always look resolve the problem as efficiently as possible.

We offer a 1 month warranty on all bats from delivery date, which covers manufacturing defects.

If you opt-in for our bat care service - you are entitled to a 3 month warranty period.
