Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website. these apply to all visits and use of the site. 

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase at go Well Cricket is simple. Browse the online store, add items to your basket and click 'checkout'. You will then be directed through to complete your order. 

Checkout is powered by Stripe, one of the most respected online payment processors. Stripe allows you to use a debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as digital wallets, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Stripe encrypts your data and helps prevent fraud. 

Shipping & Handling

Please see our Shipping information on the website: Shipping & Returns. We aim to deliver packages within 7-10 days from placing your order. We use DPD as our courier service. If your delivery is delayed, we will contact you directly. 

Guarantee

As soon as this bat leaves our HQ, it will be subject to the wear and tear of cricket games and practice. Willow is by its very nature, a soft wood that, when pressed, provides the rebound qualities required to strike the ball effectively. Wood is a natural product, which can only take so much stress and strain. The life span of a bat should be measured by how much ball impact it sustains, not the length of time you own it, the customer who uses a bat seven days a week should expect it to break seven times quicker than that of the customer who uses it once. 

Refunds

Please note refunds will be made if a request is made within 14 days of recieving your order. We will require a receipt of purchase, along with photos. The item must be in a re-sellable condition, unused and in its original packaging. Postage cost will be covered by the sender and inspected in the offices to determine if full refund is applicable. We will notify you by email when we have recieved the item and will also notify you of the approval/ rejection of your refund. 

If approved - your refund will be processed and credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. 

Cricket Bat Warranty

Our cricket bats are crafted with precision and care, but due to the nature of the sport, damages can occur. 

All our bats come with a standard 1 month manufacturers warranty. If opting-in for our bat care service - this period is extended to a 3 month warranty period.

If your bat breaks within this time, contact us with details and photos. We will assess the damage and determine if a replacement is appropriate. 

Exclusions: The warrant does not cover:

- Edge cracks, toe cracks, or surface cracks from regular use

- Normal wear & tear or excessive use

- Water/ moisture damage

- Damage from misuse or neglect

Refunds/ replacements are issued at the sole discression of Go Well Cricket.

3: Purpose: Make a product or service enquiry. Lawful basis - to liase with you regarding an enquiry you may have about a product, service or queries relating to Go Well Cricket.

FAQ's

What are the weights of your cricket bats?

To make buying our bats easy, we group them into the following categories: 

Light: 2lb 7 oz - 2lb 10 oz

Medium: 2lb 11 oz - 2lb 13 oz

What is the turnaround time for a bat?

We aim to deliver your cricket bat within 7-10 working days. If there are any unforseen circumstances or manufacturing issues - we will contact you on the details provided. 

Can you deliver outside the UK?

We mainly deliver within the UK only. If you live outside the UK and really love our equipment - please contact us with your enquiry - and we can provide a quote for you and estimated delivery time. 

Do your bats need knocking-in?

All of our bats leave our workshop pressed and 80% prepared, meaning you can enjoy more time playing with your bat than preparing it!

We do recommend you take further time to fully knock-in your bat, using a cricket mallet, throw downs with old leather ball. Bowling machine balls are also more forgiving than standard cricket balls. 

We do highly recommend a facing to the bat, as it prolongs the life and performance of the bat. 

We do provide a full bat care service for an additional £20, which you can opt in for if you would prefer. This also entitles you to a 3-month warranty period.

Can I buy Go Well Cricket bat stickers seperately?

Do you offer sponsorship?

It is not something we currently offer as we only supply cricket bats, however as our supply grows it is something we will be looking at rolling out.
